Amit Khanna is the president of Infogroup’s Local Marketing Solutions division. He was named to the position in February 2013 after serving as chief data officer at Reachable, a social CRM solutions provider. Prior to Reachable, Khanna held several leadership roles at Infogroup including president of strategy and planning and president of database licensing. During his first tenure at Infogroup, Khanna increased revenue for a large portion of the company and developed strategic licensing relationships still used today.

Khanna leads two of the company’s successful software as a service (SaaS) products—InfoUSA and Salesgenie. He received his master’s degree in computer science from Creighton University and master’s in business administration from the University of Chicago.

John Copenhaver is the senior vice president of Local Marketing Solutions. He joined Infogroup in January 1995. Copenhaver has a proven record of growing revenue and maximizing workflow at businesses valued at $100 million.

Before Infogroup, he worked as general manager at ITI Marketing Services and as a branch manager at West Corporation. Copenhaver attended Creighton Preparatory School and Trinity University.

Rob Martin joined Infogroup in March 1999 after 10 years as a sales manager running call centers at Idelman Telemarketing. Martin has held several leadership roles at Infogroup overseeing and contributing to the growth of Infogroup’s CD-ROM and telesales divisions.

In 2004, during the transition to software–as-a service (SaaS) products, Martin was promoted to general manager of Salesgenie. He helped transition Salesgenie from an audience provider for small- and medium-size businesses into a full-service sales marketing solution.

He said the favorite part of his job is working with dedicated people committed to assisting companies find new customers grow their business. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Martin has been married to his wife for 20 years. They have three sons.

Russo leads operations for Salesgenie’s enterprise solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience driving revenue for marketing services and promotions. Russo joined the company in 2017.

He attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where he received a bachelor’s of science in business administration. Prior to Salesgenie, Russo held various management roles at marketing and digital companies.

Ken Knaub joined Infogroup in June of 2000 as a software engineer working in the CD-ROM division on select phone and mobile applications. Other roles he’s held at Infogroup include Lead Software Engineer, and Director of Software Engineering.

Knaub leads the technology teams for the company’s software as a service (SaaS) products such as Salesgenie, Salesgenie API, and other division products. He also has led the company in its agile transformation and implementation of the latest technologies and services. Knaub attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he received a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

Neil MacLeod, vice president of product, has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to direct innovative sales, operations, training, and product management organizations at Salesgenie and at parent company Infogroup. He joined the company in October 2001.

MacLeod attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1994. He previously served as a general manager at Foothills Corporate Lodging and a regional sales manager for Morgan Corporation.

Kim Wallin serves as the director of customer success at Salesgenie. She’s held various positions during her 22 years with the company including sales, operations, and training. Wallin dedicates her time to ensuring positive relationships are built between our sales representatives and customers. This creates a high-quality experience for those who interact with our Salesgenie experts.

Wallin said the company is a great place to work, and that she continues to be an advocate for products, like Salesgenie, that help people succeed. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she graduated with bachelors’ degrees in criminal justice in 1995.

Courtney McCabe leads a team of sales representatives for Salesgenie. She trains, coaches, and provides feedback to account executives so they can succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

McCabe joined the company as a sales rep in 2013. McCabe became a sales manager in 2016. Before Salesgenie she worked for Applied Underwriters as a business development representative.
